Responsibilities:
To be the main point of contact for allocated key accounts dealing with queries in an efficient and timely manner
Responsible for all order entry and order modifications for own account base
Have full understanding of how to access and manage account specific systems to upload orders and ensure shipping is on time and accurate
Run and review appropriate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to give clear picture of the status of account base to manager and other stake holders
Be proactive and take ownership of resolving issues by liaising with internal teams to provide excellent customer support
Effectively communicate with accounts and commercial teams informing them of both delays and early availability.Background & Skill:
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Packages
Ability to learn and operate new systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create high quality, clear communications
Good interpersonal skills, with strong ability to successfully interact with all stakeholders, at all levels
Customer Service experience essential
