We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in a lovely creative agency in Warwickshire. There is a broad scope of design with a strong emphasis on digital, including branding, web design, storyboards for video & animation, and social media campaigns. This is a permanent, full-time role, studio-based and offering flexible working hours and onsite parking, with salary £40k to £45k depending on experience.

They work across a multitude of sectors with some amazing brands, spanning from quirky finance companies to global energy brands, and from the education sector to the aesthetics world.
About the role
As Senior Graphic Designer you will work with the Creative Director in a collaborative team including a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, and Creative Artworker. You will enjoy working across branding & brand collateral roll-out, social media campaigns and storyboards for video and animation, you will come up with the concepts, design and source additional resource as required, such as copywriters. You will be able to deal with clients directly, manage your own projects, and offer mentorship and guidance to more junior members of the team.
About you:
Ideally, you will have a at least 5 years' experience from a creative, marketing or digital agency. You have a huge passion for graphic design and love coming up with ideas and designing across multiple channels. You may not have experience across all marketing and digital channels or design software however, you are willing to learn. You enjoy being part of a friendly creative team, happy to get stuck in and embrace new projects.
