Conrad Consulting are excited to be working alongside an ambitious collective of Designers, Architects and Interior experts specialising in Retail & Hospitality projects to recruit the services of a Senior Architect.
This firm offer an all-encompassing design service across Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture and Project Management from their base close to the Milton Keynes area.
With a host of big-name clients secured as repeat business and a packed pipeline of projects locked in, the company is in a fantastic position to continue along their path of progression and keep growing the company – making this an exciting time to become a part of this firm.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Architect with a passion for design who possesses the ability to take the lead on projects whilst working closely with the Senior Management Team to help drive project productivities.
With considerable design and delivery experience, the ideal Senior Architect will be capable of running projects from feasibility through to completion, managing design teams and liaising with contractors and consultants alike.
In addition to this, the Senior Architect will also undertake responsibilities with regards to developing new business and contribute towards the company's growth strategy.
Senior Architect Requirements
RIBA/ARB Registered Architect
Minimum 5 years UK Architecture experience
Retail & Hospitality sector experience is highly desirable
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Suite
Proficiency with Revit/BIM and also Vectorworks are desirable
Experience of job running and site visits
Have an eye for technical detail and production of construction packages
Experience and knowledge of planning applications and UK Building Regulations etc.
Strong organisation and time management skills
Self-motivated whether working alone or collaboratively as part of a team
The successful Senior Architect can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, dependant on experience, as well as 24 days holiday plus bank holiday and office closure over Xmas, Private Healthcare, Pension and free parking.
