Salary : £32000 – £36000/annum

A standout design practice, specialising in large commercial projects seeks a talented & ambitious Recently Qualified Architect to expand its operations in Ipswich.

We require an extremely ambitious Recently Qualified Architect who possess the verve and vision to become an important part of a company that is going places. You will have the opportunity to help the company achieve its ambition to expand operations whilst simultaneously accelerating your career progression. As such, a clear pathway to seniority will be afforded to the successful Architect from the outset.

Despite being small in personnel numbers, this creative and aspiring practice operate within London and Ipswich, specialising in Architectural Design on prestigious projects, predominantly within the Commercial, Workplace & residential sector .

We are looking for a Recently Qualified Architect who can inject some personality and is really looking to drive their career forward and will throw their all into this opportunity!

Requirements of the Recently Qualified Architect:

ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
1-2 Years Post qualification experience within a UK practice
Experience in producing technical packages & details
Experience of working on commercial & office projects would be desirable but not essential
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is essential
Working knowledge of UK Building Systems, Regulations and construction types
Confidence and communication skills to maintain important relationships with clients

As well as the opportunity to really develop as an Architect you will also receive a salary fitting of your experience and ability. This is likely to be in the region of £36,000 with added benefits on top.
