With over 18 sites across the UK and 300+ completed projects, our client is now seeking a driven ARB / RIBA Architect to lead the in-house design team as a Design Manager, playing a key part in the company's expansion into Europe.
Our client does not expect applicants to have worked within their niche, however, they do envisage the successful candidate having worked on and delivered Retrofit + Renovation projects here in the UK.
You will have taken existing buildings (ideally within brownfield sites) and have renovated them to a high standard for commercial use (innovative firms).
This career path is best suited to an individual that would like to operate as a Design Manager whilst retaining a good deal of design and creative involvement.
Essential Criteria:
BIM-based project experience
Retrofit or Renovation experience in the UK
