Ambitious & hardworking Architect required to join Award winning international design practice based in Blackfriars, Central London.

The AJ100 practice, founded over 60 years ago, are market leaders in the field of transportation design and have a diverse portfolio throughout Leisure & hospitality, Education, Aviation & rail sectors. With studios in the UK, Ireland & the Middle East and a track record of projects in over 100 cities and six continents, the practice success is all down to the creativity and diversity of the teams. Spanning a wide range of building typologies, the forward-thinking architecture practice offers masterplanning, design management, interior design & BIM expertise.

The successful Architect will be joining an inclusive team which fosters a collaborative culture throughout the business. REVIT is the main software of the practice and candidates must be able to demonstrate high level REVIT skills at interview stage and must have good knowledge of UK building regulations.

To be considered for this role we would hope candidates will meet the following criteria:

ARB/RIBA qualified – minimum 3+ years post graduate experience
Minimum 3 years UK based construction/architectural practice experience
Proficient using REVIT
Ideally worked on all RIBA stages from conception to completion
Existing experience of Airports, Hospitality & Leisure sectors advantageous (large-scale preferred)
Proven track record in delivering projects to a high design standard.
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process
Experience in leading meetings with the client, and the wider design team & site experience
Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written
Strong conceptual skills, creativity and design flairThe Salary for the Architect is likely to be around £45,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience) per annum + excellent benefits as listed below. Hybrid working options are available.
