The successful Architect will have in excess of 3 years post part 3 experience within a healthcare team, ideally with hospital refurbishment experience. In return you will have the opportunity to join a studio who are committed to staff development and support and will have access to great career development through PDP programmes and Investors in People.
The candidate will meet the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA Chartered (Minimum 3 years post-qualification)
2 years minimum UK-based healthcare experience
Proficient in REVIT
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable experience in all RIBA stages – Conception through to completion
Excellent UK building regulation knowledge
Experience dealing with HTM regulations
The Salary for the Architect role is likely to be around £40,000 per annum + other exciting benefits.
