Part 2 – Part II –Architectural Assistant – Technician

About Us:
This RIBA chartered practice is based in Hertfordshire, established in 1982 with a strong and sizeable team of 50 made up of Architects, Technicians, 3D Visualisers and more. They are a RIBA Future Architects Student Mentor working across all Work Stages from feasibility to completion and beyond – specialising in commercial projects alongside some high-end private residential projects. A recent aesthetic overhaul of the office and merger with another large practice has created an enjoyable and bustling workstyle with plenty of structure and support for aspiring architects.
The opportunity:
This is a great opportunity to support the growth in the main Hertfordshire office, working closely with Principle Architects and Project Managers to produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications for a range of projects. As well as gaining exposure to commercial activities, such as helping to prepare tender applications/presentations to win projects and providing advice to clients via reporting.
What are we looking for in a member of the team?

Educated to Part 2 RIBA or equivalent
*
Previous experience of working in an architectural practice
*
Good experience in AutoCAD and Revit
*
Exposure to both Commercial and Residential projects
*
Passionate interest in architecture and progressive mindset
*
Great communicator and collaborative worker
