The Company
Seymour John are recruiting exclusively for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join an established and growing business based in the Whitchurch area. Due to recent growth and expansion they are looking for additional support in their friendly and supportive accounts team.
The Opportunities
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your duties will include:
* Control accounts reconciliations
* Updating and maintenance of the fixed asset register
* Overhead accruals and prepayments
* Intercompany recharges
* Assisting with the stock take
* Ad hoc analysis project work
* Other duties as required by the Head of Finance
Personal Profile
You will be an experienced user of Sage, and will also have intermediate excel skills to include pivot tables and vlookups. We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, with an adaptable approach as you will act as a support for the Head of Finance in various duties
