Assistant Bar Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £32000/annum
I am looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join the Senior Bar management team of this stunning new opening in central Billericay.
As Assistant Bar Manager you will work closely with Bar Manager and General Manager to ensure excellent drinks service at all times. You will be responsible for training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expected of this venue. Using your experience and cocktail knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upselling as required and you and your team will help to create a style of theatre, with the most up to date drinks available and dispense methods used.
You will have the opportunity to be instrumental in the direction of the drinks and cocktail menus and will be able to create all cocktails on the menu, plus be able to make bespoke ones as requested.
As Assistant Bar Manager you will have a good understanding of spirits and cocktails, as well as wines and other drinks, as well as good mixology experience and a passion for designing bespoke cocktails
