Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000/annum No Evenings
An exciting new position for a Catering Assistant Manager to join a fun and professional team to deliver a welcoming and positive guest experience at this very popular leisure resort restaurant & kitchen.
No Evenings, Day hours: 8am -6pm in the Summer Months & 9am till 4pm in the winter.
Great opportunity to work in a busy thriving environment with the benefit of no evenings.
We are looking for someone to enhance our visitor’s day out by ensuring that all operational aspects of the Catering facility are consistently delivered to the company’s standard and that visitors’ expectations are met or exceeded.
Job Role:
To supervise the team on a day-to-day basis
Smooth operation of the department in the absence of the line Manager
Guest service
Proactive sales & up selling
Cash handling
Organisation & time management skills
Accuracy, quality & speed of service
Coordinating the team to meet the demands of service
Support in the provision of catering for functions
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the restaurant
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
