My Client is an independant contract catering company with a fresh approach to catering within the education sector.
an oppertunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Chef to work within a busy catering contract wirhin a busy secondry school near upton upon serven. You will be responsible for assisting with food production, stock control, serving pupils, allergy management, due diligence and cleaning duties. You will work closely with the cook manager and the catering team .
You will have previous experience of successfully cooking for large numbers in a very busy education contract. You will have solid cheffing background. Experience within the Education sector is desirable as is experience of cooking from fresh.
this is a term time only role working 7.30am – 2.30pm Monday-Friday
