Salary : £11.50 – £13/hour
Archer Resourcing are looking for a chef/assistant chef who can come into the retirement home to cook a lovely set menu for the residents!
Responsibilities of the role
Preparing and cooking a 2 course hot daily meal for approximately 34 residents.
Ensure stock rotation and stock is in date
Following food safety measures
Following covid measures
Ensure any dietary requirements are met
Prepare 1 or 2 tea plates (sandwiches)
Clear away after each serving
Meals are pre – ordered from our “Taste Menu” which consists of fresh home cooked meals taking into consideration any dietary requirements
