The Willows in Wisbech are looking to recruit an Assistant Cook on a part time basis to join the team. The successful candidate will be required to organise and control the efficient production of quality food, whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
You will be required to assist the cook to provide balanced nutritious meals, making the best use of fresh foods along with catering for special diets where necessary as well as considering the preferences of individual clients.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements with experience in catering and food hygiene certificates. They need to be a team player who has strong communication skills and is able to work on their own initiative.
