c£23 – 25,000 DOE + £10k Bonus

Duty Manager Ideal Profile
* Experience operating within a hospitality business
* Passionate about offering exceptional customer service
* Using your hospitality expertise to show an understanding of all levels of roles
* Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Strong IT skills and comfortable using multiple systems e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, ATS, CRM Systems, Job Boards, and social media
* Wanting a clear career path that rewards and recognises you
* Able to drive and have a current driving licence
Responsibilities
* Liaising with hospitality professionals such as chefs and front of house on a regular basis
* Building relationships with a broad range of people within the hospitality sector
* Co-ordinate and support the entire recruitment process lifecycle including
* Vacancy approval and candidate management
* Pre-screen, interviews, and offer management
* Use your current industry knowledge to expand your network and find the best candidates within the industry
