Assistant Farm Manager (Poultry)
Winner Recruitment are currently looking for Assistant Farm Managers based in York for a well known client. This is a Full time permanent position from day 1.

Job Duties:
Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing all operations related to poultry farming
Manage and supervise farm staff
Ensure the health and welfare of the poultry livestock
Implement and maintain health and safety standards on the farm
Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery
Keep accurate records of farm activities and production data
Assist in developing and implementing farm policies and procedures
Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders as necessary
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in poultry farming
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills
Thorough understanding of poultry farming practises
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in agriculture
Proficiency in farm equipment operation and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in poultry management
