My client has just gone through a multi-million-pound development/refurbishment and the venue is looking incredible, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Assistant F&B Manager who has a background from running a popular cocktail Bar & Restaurant. Someone who can bring high-energy and great people management skills.

Leading, training and motivating the F&B team to be the best they can be
Driving profitable growth with care and flair
Supporting and standing in for the F&B Manager
Making sure our guests are having a great time in our restaurants and bars
Solid people management experience in a commercially switched-on retail or hospitality business
Experience of managing a budget and growing profit
Knowledge and experience of catering and its many challenges
Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
