A communicative nature and strong work ethic
Experience of planning and delivering world class events
Previous management/supervisory experience within the hospitality sector
A keen eye for detail, strict organisation and an appetite for victory
Previous experience in an F&B role

What you'll be doing:
Are you passionate about food and drink and providing an outstanding customer experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced role where 2 days are never the same?
As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist with the Match Day Retail operation which consists of 70 food and beverage units spread over 3 floors. Assisting in the management of our event day team of 90 Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders, and direct management of approximately 850 casual staff, you will ensure a high level of customer service is always provided across your department, leading by example and monitoring customer satisfaction
