Assistant General Manager, Near Northampton up to £26,000 plus, tips, bonus & benefits.
Due to an internal promotion I am looking for an Assistant General Manager to assist in the running of a stunning destination tapas & cocktail bar.
As Assistant General Manager you will work closely with the General Manager & Owners to carry out all staff training ensuring that excellent customer service if carried out at all times.
As Assistant General Manager you will be work alongside the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Due to the nature of the business it is essential that you are happy working anti-social hours to ensure the businesses run correctly
