My Client are on the look for a Assistant Hygeine manager. They have a diversified portfolio operating in two segments – business services, and trading and distribution – through seven divisions. Diversity is its strength as it empowers businesses to act as catalysts for value creation.
Please note this role has a shift pattern of Thursday to Monday, 44 hous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Hygiene Manager you’ll be taking accountability for hygiene standards and people management, working in collaboration with managers and business departments to exceed the overall objectives of the business
* Providing leadership to team members to ensure they reach their potential, supporting their development through performance enhancement, training and coaching
* Working closely with leadership teams to co-ordinate between departments to effectively manage labour and materials
* Monitoring and reviewing the performance of the manufacturing unit’s hygiene team to ensure that the highest standards are in place
* Identifying potential areas for improvement to ensure product safety • Supporting with on-site visits and audits
* Anticipating any potential issues, dealing with these accordingly as well as recognising solutions and escalating for support as required

* Previous expirience of working at supervisor level considered
