My client works within the food and drinks industry focusing on developing product with sustainability at its heart hoping to inspire positive change for the future. This role is great for someone who already has management skills that they want to develop further in a quick-paced and fun team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Control and direct food preparation.
* Help to continual develop the menu alongside the Chefs.
* Identify and ensure regular stock supply and oversee stocktake.
* Hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.
* Responsible for staff rotas, timesheets and 1:1 meetings.
* Ensuring high standards of customer service, hygiene, and health and safety.
Qualifications:
* Management experience.
* Ability to manage and work alongside several different people.
* Competent when working with Kitchen machinery.
* Ability to help with menu development.
* Great at training staff both formally and informally.
