Our client based in Lynmouth is looking for an Assistant Manager on a permanent basis to assist with day-to-day responsibilities, overseeing staff, and providing stable leadership.
Role to include:
Fish & potato preparation
Cooking – Fish Frying.
Customer Service – serving customers
Stock ordering
General day to day running
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Covering owners day off
Requirements:
Supervisory background and/or catering experience but not essential
Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
Be able to multitask
Motivational Skills
Strong Communication Skills
