This well established restaurant is recruiting an Assistant Manager for it's flagship business in the heart of London's theatre district. This is a buzzing restaurant that combines fantastic brasserie style European influenced food, great cocktails and an extensive wine list.
You will be an existing assistant manager or a strong and knowledgeable supervisor looking for progression. The following attributes are a must.
