The role:
Assist in managing schedules, stock and wastage levels
Assis the General Manager with the recruitment and training of new employees
Ensure the team consistently maintain standards and high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
Motivating the team and giving constructive feedback
Work with the General Manager to ensure staff members maximize all sales opportunities
