On behalf of our client, a well-known luxury family-owned hotel and pub group based in Stafford we are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job Role:
Be responsible for all food, beverage, and bedroom standards.
Providing a complete ‘hands-on’ approach in all areas.
Assist the Operation Manager in ensuring The Establishment maintains and exceeds existing standards in all areas.
Maintenance of AA 4-star Inn rating through high standards of food, wine and service and development of team.
Be a point of contact for customer comments and other customer communication – ensure that all customer communication is of an excellent standard
Ensure staff are fully briefed prior to service.
Ensure maximum profitability through efficiency in costs and staffing levels, maximising of business and encouraging staff to up sell where appropriate.
Identify problems or issues, e.g., people issues, customer complaints etc and act to prevent reoccurrence wherever possible.

Confident and personable
Great Customer Service
Ideally own Transport due to location.
Be flexible with hours including weekends
Previous Hospitality management experience
Cellar Management
Numerate, literate, and familiar with Microsoft Office
