Interaction Hospitality is looking for the ultimate Assistant Manager to join one of the best branded, quick service restaurant groups around. This role would suit an experienced Assistant Manager, who is not only well versed in quality food, but also delivering seamless service in a massively busy setting. Ideally, you will have worked for a QSR group before – so hitting KPIs, managing team members and standards will be second nature to you
About You
· You will have at least 2 years in an Assistant Manager role within a similar property
· You will be a hands on operator, as well as the perfect host
· Your track record in quick service restaurants will be exemplary, and your service levels will match this
· You will be the focal point for the venue, and have overall control over all aspects of the business in the absence of the GM
The Role
· As part of the senior management team, you will manage the day-to-day business
· Reporting to the GM you will be accountable for the teams performance and KPIs
· Everyone will know you – not only will you be the perfect restaurant manager, you will be the face of the business
· You must be a big personality – this is a demanding role, and requires someone who has a smile on their face even during the busiest of services!
