We are currently seeking an experienced, high volume Assistant Manager for a fast-paced Italian restaurant with multiple locations in London. A high energy, stimulating and fun atmosphere! We are looking for stable, reliable applicants – the business is in growth and this position will be to support the General Manager, we need an Assistant Manager that can be relied upon to get the job done well!
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Dedicated team leader – mentoring the team is key!
Financially aware, and be able to drive sales
Experienced in nurturing, developing and motivating staff
Ambitious standards of service, always aiming to exceed the expectation of your guests
Passion for food and drink, experience in Italian cuisine, and high volume advantageous
Comfortable with cashing up, team leadership, finances, audits and health and safety
Strong career progression
