Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Type : Permanent, Contract, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum
Henry Martin are working with a leading residential developer, in their search to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for one of their flagship regeneration residential developments in Kent.
Our client has several major developments live on site, across London and the South East with future secured schemes to start. They have a track record of delivering several iconic schemes across London and the South East and have very strong financial backing to continue doing so.
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the procurement of a number of sub-contractor packages taking full ownership and accountability on you work. You will be familiar with monthly reports and clearly able to demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
