Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary : £37000 – £45000/annum
Henry Martin have been selected to work alongside one of the largest, privately owned residential developers in the UK, to assist them in their search for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in East London.
This business has a strong track record in delivering high quality residential construction projects spanning over 50 years. With a strong landbank and new developments due to start, our client is recruiting for a talented and up and coming commercial professional to be a part of the commercial team on site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with some of the industries most talented construction professionals and be a part of building some of the UK’s flagship residential developments.
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, ideally you will have 3+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor within the UK. You will also benefit from having a quantity surveying or construction related degree. The role will be reporting into a Senior Surveyor, working closely with them to learn new systems, procedures and carrying out daily surveying duties.
