The Perfect candidate will be:
Able to run a smooth & efficient service, directing the rest of the front of house team.
Friendly & welcoming to new customers & existing customers. Building relationships & familiarising yourself with regular customers. Getting to know our customer base & local community.
Able to work efficiently, prioritising tasks & managing your time. Have an attentive personality & an eye for detail.
Be a good multitasker with skills in waiting & bar tending as well as office based duties & computer literate.
Have knowledge & passion in food & beverage.
Have experience of 1 year or more in a supervisor or Junior Management position at a similar establishment.
The Role with include.
Handling customer communications via email & phone.
Running service & directing other front of house staff.
General front of house tasks – bar tending, taking food orders, serving & clearing food.
Working with the kitchen team on menus to gain a thorough understanding of our foods offering.
Stock control & ordering of beverages.
You will be working closely with the owner operators in a small team, making sure quality, customer care & food offering are kept to a high standard.
