Assistant Restaurant manager required for a Pub and Restaurant in the Lakes, it is a gastro pub feel. £28-30k + tips (around 3k). live in available which is just a couple of mins drive away, within a refurbished accommodation. Assistant Restaurant manager, 31-33k package.
The role
We are looking for a Assistant Restaurant manager who will support the GM in the running of the floor of the Restaurant, you will ensure everything runs smoothly on a day to day basis. You will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, the food side of the operation is great, the tables are ready and manage the waiters in service. You will also deal with customer questions and get to know the locals. This role will include all the normal Assistant restaurant manager duties
Experience
We are looking for a Assistant restaurant manager who has a restaurant background or a foodie pub background. You will have good communication skills, good food knowledge and able to manage a team/
