Magenta have teamed up with a long established food supplier based near Acton who are looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to join their successful team.
Working hours – Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm
Responsibilities:
* To maintain all records as requested by HACCP & CCPs
* CCP verification – such as micro analysis, tasting panels.
* Maintain the traceability systems
* Carry out internal audits /GMP/SOP audits
* Investigate and report customer complaints and trend analysis
* Assist the technical manager in third party & external audits BRC/EFSIS
* To make sure that all outgoing and incoming goods are of sound quality to conform with standards required by HACCP
Requirements:
* Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in Food Science or Technology
* Trained to a Higher standard in Food Hygiene and HACCP
* Knowledge of practical statistics for process control and analysis purposes
* Internal Audit experience
* Retailer specification and data base handling experience
