Automotive HiL Engineer

Expleo are recruiting for Hardware in the Loop (HiL) Engineers, to join our current project teams, supporting our global automotive clients, based at their Research and Development sites in the UK.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of mechatronic hardware-in-the-loop (mHiL) test solutions, across the Engineering test areas.
Background, skills and experience required for the role of HiL Engineer:
• Ideally Educated to degree level in a related discipline
• Competent user of automotive simulation packages
• Proven hands-on experience in commissioning hardware-In-the-loop (HiL) solutions
• Experienced in using dSPACE HiL software packages
• A background in an Electrical, Electronics or Controls Engineering
• Knowledge of testing methodologies relating to the testing of automotive systems and road vehicles
• Experienced with Vector Tools, CANalyzer & CANoe
• Understanding of vehicle electrical systems and wiring
