Automotive Sequencer

Supreme have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Sequencer to join the Logistics team for one of our clients based in Coleshill.
The primary responsibility of the role is to operate material handling equipment to ensure goods are picked and loaded inline with customer requirements and supply the production line when required.
Main Function / Purpose of Job
(Note: In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required).
•To operate material handling equipment in a safe way, within a safe working speed and ensuring those around are safe.
•To ensure that the material handling equipment is safe to operate by way carrying out a pre-shift check and reporting any faults to immediate manager.
•Ensure all products picked are in line with sequenced numbers from customer and parts are loaded onto stillages in the correct order, then onto 3rd party trailers.
•To feed production when required with raw materials, emptying skips and locate finished goods in correct lanes, also to assist with tool changes when required.
•All parts to be entered onto the computer system Alta packer despatch system in conjunction with Q.A.D, when picked and all ASN’s are sent as soon as vehicle is loaded to ensure vehicles arrives after the customer has received the ASN.
•To take responsibility for informing all parties should there be a problem with the computer systems by way of the Escalation process.
