An exciting position has become available for a full-time Bar Manager based in Southampton. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary based on experience.
The position offered is a fully hands on position
Role Requirements
Previous Members club experience preferred.
Be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Have good communication and people skills.
Role Responsibilities
To take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the bar and in the operational control of the bars.
To ensure the smooth running and efficient operation of the day-to-day activities together with the maintenance of good systems and all data relevant to the role.
To develop within a team dedicated to the achievement of excellent customer service and guest hospitality.
To promote the business and use every endeavour to ensure the wellbeing of the business, the staff, and its customers.
To secure maintenance of all bar floats, of the value determined by the licenses.
To place all stock orders at times required by the club with nominated suppliers only.
To comply with all current legislation and legal requirements and to ensure that staff similarly comply.
Other general duties and admin as and when required.
