Pub General Manager, Northampton, £26,000 plus free live in,

I am looking for an experienced Pub Manager, with experience working in 50/50 wet to food led businesses.

The business is a traditional busy local pub, serving good hearty food as well as an excellent range of beers, wines and spirits. Ideally you will have a good understanding of cellar management to ensure that all beer and beverages are served in excellent condition.

You will have experience in managing a large team ensuring all training, coaching & mentoring is carried out.

The business is part of a small national group of 10 businesses looking to grow and expand in the next few years so this is a great opportunity for someone to join looking to grow and develop personally.

The role offers a great salary of £26,000 with Free live in on site, plus a range of additional benefits

Due to the nature of the role you will work a varied shift pattern including weekends & Bank Holidays, and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.

You will report to the area managers & directors, overseeing the running of the business. You will be tasked with the training and coaching of up to 10 junior members of the FOH team and leading by example, demonstrating an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
