Bar Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £29000/annum
KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Bar Manager for our client based in Nantwich.
As a Bar Manager you will be working flexible hours and flexible working days. The rate of pay as a Bar Manager is between £24000 – £27000 per annum.
Duties and responsibilities as a Bar Manager are:
Overseeing staff, including bartenders and barbacks
Hire and train new staff
Promote and expose new deals/meal
Market events and deals on social media and other forms of publicity
The ideal candidate for a Bar Manager would need:
Previous experience as a Bar Manager
Experience with Cask Ales
Good customer service skills
A good knowledge of beverage preperation
Good leadership skills
