Interaction Hospitality is looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic, well presented and responsible individuals to enjoy a varied and very active role in providing our guests with memorable and unique experiences. You will be responsible for:
· Providing a warm welcome to guests, advising them of menu options and answering questions about products & services
· Preparing and monitor the Restaurant/Bar/Conference & Banqueting areas for service and guest comfort
· Providing food and beverage services
· Communicating with the kitchen/ bar staff regarding orders
· Solving customer queries in polite and professional manner
· Being responsible for keeping the area clean and tidy
About you
· Candidates must be physically fit to be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
· Have the right to work in the UK
· A team player with friendly and polite attitude
· Able to work on your own initiative when required
· Able to maintain high standards of service
