This role sits within our stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
Your key responsibilities as Bar Supervisor will consist of:

– Supporting and leading the bar team.
– Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, from the bar team to back of house to management
– Accountable for maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks
– Management of stock, making sure all wastage is recorded and kept to a minimum
– Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
– Making sure the bar area is kept clean and tidy.
Profile: The skills and experience we are looking for from the future Bar Supervisors are: 

– Previous experience working within a bar 
– Proven team leader experience
– Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
– Excellent communication skills and the able to work well within a  team.
– Able to calmly and professionally deal with any guest or colleague situations or issues when they arise 
– Understanding of Stock Control
