Smells good—what does it involve?
You’ll create unbeatable coffee experiences using a winning combination of amazing ingredients, market-leading Barista skills and your own brand of personable cheer. It’s what will make the coffees you prepare taste that little bit better for all your customers.
As well as making sure all our customers get their cup of just-what-the-doctor-ordered, you’ll take care of operational duties like keeping the store looking tip-top and replenishing stock. You’ll be a key member of the team and a welcome sight to customers, many of whom will be on long journeys or visiting loved ones in hospital. For them, you won’t just make coffee—you’ll make their day.
What blend of skills and experience will I need?
First off, you don’t need to be a trained Barista. If you are, great—but full training will be given. Most important is that you’re the kind of person who can learn quickly and is great with people. You’ll take an interest in our customers—how their day is going and what they’re ordering. Do that and you’ll be able to create special customer experiences every time.
A team player and great communicator, you’ll be someone who can collaborate well when the pressure is on and is able to switch between the various tasks that go into serving the perfect cup. That’s how you’ll deliver excellent customer service—in return we’ll offer you lots of potential to grow with the company, with fun along the way!
