Bartender/Mixologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £11 – £15/annum
Enthusiastic Bartender/Mixologist needed in Howden, Goole.
The right candidate will;
* Be able to identify ingredients of a cocktail/mocktail with ease.
* Be comfortable talking to and serving customers.
* Be able to verify the identification and age of customers.
* Use initiative to clean glasses and bar utensils before during and after shift.
* Be able to comfortably take payment from customers using card machine and cash and cashing up the till at the end of shift.
* Have great attention to detail and good memory to know what goes in the cocktail as well as the fruit/accessories that go with it.
Ideal but not essential;
* Be able to drive if not local.
* Be creative and come up with own cocktail to be used on the menu.
* To have had experience using flaring, tin pivots, ice throwing or basic flip.
