Salary : £38000 – £50000/annum
Kolt Recruitment are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager for our client’s body shop to lead facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing the team to deliver a quality repair – on time.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Bodyshop Manager who is able to deliver exceptional market-leading customer service This will be achieved by proactive control of the customer experience, from initial booking into the final return of the vehicle.
Experience
* Audatex in depth knowledge
* Customer Satisfaction
* Manages key KPI’s including but not exclusively, estimate conversion, hours per job card
* Scheduling work to meet customer requirements, taking into account Bodyshop utilisation targets, and job complexity and parts/materials availability
* Co-ordinating Bodyshop activity to deliver agreed work
