Hours: 42.5 hours per week – 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
My client is a well establish, agricultural, groundcare and country store dealership who are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their growing team in the Fyfield, Essex Area.
The depot is a successful site and the client is looking to find a strong and successful manager with a proven track record of guiding a team to success.
Ideally you will have good working knowledge of the Agricultural & Horticultural Equipment sector.
The successful Branch Manager will be responsible for:
Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for our customers and clients
The day-to-day smooth running of our operation
Working with the Sales Manager’s to promote successful sales of Agricultural and Groundcare machinery.
Managing a team of 20+ across parts, service, sales and branch administration
A successful Branch Manager will have;
A full, valid driving licence
Previous experience in similar role or looking for the next step up in your career
Knowledge of Agricultural / Horticultural / Ground care machinery
A proven track record in a management position with a desire to lead
