Salary : £45000 – £47000/annum

An exciting position for a Brand Publisher/Content Creator has been created to support the growth of this successful independent financial services company located in West Oxfordshire.

The role requires a blend of creative, strategic, analytical and excellent writing skills a long with experience in using social media to help maximise brand visibility and increase audience engagement. The successful candidate will work alongside various teams and maintain relationships with external parties to produce and manage the regular publication of written, video and audio content, monitor activity and report performance via analytics, while ensuring timely responses.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Editorial Planning: develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.

* Content Production & Publication: Prepare, produce, and publish content working with various teams and video / audio equipment and editing / publishing software (Adobe CC Suite)

* Audience Research: understand the target audience – their preferences and needs, tailoring content that relates to and strengthens connections with the various audiences.

* SEO and Keywords: incorporate SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines, identifying and using relevant keywords to increase visibility

* Content Distribution: use website content management tools, social media, email to reach target audiences effectively.

Skills and Knowledge

* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in video editing (Premier) / motion graphics (After Effects) and design (Photoshop / Illustrator)

* Experience in preparing and managing online media: publishing content via various website content management systems (CMS), email marketing and social media platforms

* Experience working with Google Analytics, WordPress and other online platforms / CMS systems

* An active user on social media, with current working knowledge of the latest social media trends, capabilities and platforms

* Experience in using social media to help maximise brand visibility and increase audience engagement

* A keen interest in sport and community
