Overview on Client
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is based within the East Yorkshire region. They are recruiting a talented Breakfast Chef.
Working 5 days per week on a rota basis 5 am – 2 pm covering 7 days, you will be focused on ensuring that the Customer's most important meal of the day is satisfying and delicious.

The Role:
Ensuring that you have Breakfast ready and Prepared
Replenishing regularly
Work as a team and assist the kitchen crew as and when required
Establish and use clear lines of communication with Front of House staff
Ensure that food items are delivered, handled, cooked and served to company specifications to drive quality and value that ensures great guest experiences
Adhere strictly to food hygiene regulations & H&S procedures according to FRESH, HACCP and EHO directives
The Person:
A passion for cooking and delivering perfectly cooked, delicious dishes whilst ensuring specs are followed
Great communication, ability to work as part of a team
