The Client is a 5* Hotel, Restaurant and Spa, we work to support, understand and respect each other and our guests whilst providing an excellent standard in everything we do.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen, on a full time, permanent contract, working 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, as a 365 day business you may be required to work evenings/weekends/bank holidays.

Working hours for this role can be:

Monday – Sunday 7am – 4.30pm (working 5 days per week)

We are looking for a dedicated and hard working individual who possesses experience in preparing fine dining restaurants.

Rosette/Michelin experience would be preferable.

Summary of role:

To assist and enable other employees to consistently achieve product and service standards, thus ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction from a profitable operation.

In order to be successful as a Breakfast Chef you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar level position. Those candidates with skills in preparing fine dining or deluxe hotel dining will be at a particular advantage. Ideal candidates will have previous experience from a 4/5* Hotel environment.
