D & R Recruitment are welcoming an experienced breakfast chef to jump on board and work full time with our well-established customer, in a 4-star hotel based in Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will be cooking and preparing food according to the requirements of the menu, whilst ensuring that all aspects of food safety within the kitchen are maintained constantly.

Breakfast Chef responsibilities:

* Contributing to the day-to-day service

* Assist with mise en place as required.

* Delivering traditional and continental breakfasts

* Preparing and serving fresh food

* Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and making sure it is set for the day service

Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will be required to drive
