We are currently seeking a Breakfast Chef to join the team at the Potters Heron Hotel, located between Winchester and Romsey in Hampshire. The hotel hosts numerous weddings and many other events throughout the year and under its beautiful thatch lies a stunning restaurant and bar.

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests start their day with a delicious breakfast that leaves a lasting impression.
What’s essential:
* The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of cooking experience in any kind of establishment, café, restaurant, fast food or hotel.
* You will be responsible for receiving all deliveries and checking them thoroughly to ensure that all items are present and correct – this is an essential part of the role.
* To succeed in this role, you must be a team player who is clean, tidy, on time and raring to go.
* You must be organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and committed to your own professional development.
* You should ideally have your own transport, as the hotel operates seven days a week from early morning until quite late at night, and flexibility is key.
Hours and salary:
The successful candidate can expect to receive up to £12 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time role of 20-30 hours per week, and will require early starts and weekend work. Core working times are between 06:00 – 12:00, depending on occupancy.
