Building Services Engineers needed – London – 34k
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30 – £42/annum
We are currently looking to recruit experienced and fully qualified Electricians and Mechanical within the Maintenance sector to work at prestigious sites in and around London. The sites will be commercially based and would suit those that have worked for prestige clients before. It will be a 40/48 hour weeks working 08.00-17.00 or 12 hour shifts.
Duties may include but may not be limited to:
• Reactive maintenance
• PPMs
• General Maintenance duties
• BMS
• HVAC
• Re wiring
• Light installation duties
Desirable experience(Helpful but not necessary) – AHU's, UPS Systems(Static and Rotary), Cooling Towers, Pumps, Chillers, Switch Gear, Water Tanks, FCU's, HV Experience, Plant Room Maintenance, Splits and Multis, Motors and Generators
Personal Specifications:
• Own basic hand tools
• Fully qualified to level 3 in electrical engineering – 17th edition
• Hardworking
• Reliable
• Professional appearance
• Commercial experience preferred
