Main duties:
Providing administration and customer support to their UK and international customers
The Role:
– Handle customers’ queries in a timely manner
– Generate invoices
– Keeping clients details up to date and act on their order patterns
– Create and maintain working relationships with colleagues and clients
– Liaise with and assist other departments within the company
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French (written and spoken)
– Experience in administrative role and/or customer service
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
– Computer literate
Salary: Up to £24,000 – £26,000 pa (DOE)
